The MomsTown Guide to Getting It All: A Life Makeover for Stay-at-Home Moms

If you watch Dr. Phil you may recognize the names Mary Goulet and Heather Reider, authors of "The MomsTown Guide to Getting It All." They appeared on the popular TV show on October 5, and have already been invited back!
Mary and Heather started out on this path as syndicated columnists, hosting their Internet radio show "MomsTown Reality Radio" and running a website and online community at MomsTown.com. Their own experiences as moms, and some of the experiences of the online community at Momstown.com were used to form the guide.
The MomsTown Guide is a 10-week program for giving your routine and your life a makeover. Something a lot of moms dream of! Some of the unique features in this book are "the GAL Commitment," making your bed everyday as a morning ritual to get off to the right start, and keeping a "GAL" diary. Mary and Heather packed a lot of useful information into this 288 page book.
If you need a shake-up, The MomsTown Guide to Getting It All is a mine full of precious gems that can enrich your life.
Check out MomsTown.com to find out when their next Dr. Phil appearance is. They also have a newsletter. Subscribe and you'll receive "10 Tips for Getting and Staying Organized" as a gift.
Secret wish: A Christ centered version of this book!
& Warning: There is content I'd consider new age/eastern inspired in the book in mild form and in links at their site.
