"That's My Son: How Moms Can Influence Boys to Become Men of Character"

Author Rick Johnson has spent some of his work hours speaking to Single Moms about raising fatherless sons into "Father" guided men. It may seem like a daunting task amidst pop cultures attempts to taint our boys with filth, but all moms can influence their sons to become godly men.

Rick brings fatherly and male insight into the intricacies and inner workings of little, growing boys. He shares a depth of knowledge about communication with boys, the ins and outs of boy behaviour (like what to excuse and what behaviours to discipline), and how to promote a healthy "maleness" in our feminized society. Best of all, Rick shares his wisdom about how to make a boy into a faithful and righteous man.

To be honest, little boys have made me nervous in the past. They sure do bounce off the walls! I was always doubtful of my ability to handle raising a boy, if I ever have a son, but after reading That's My Son I actually would invite the challenge. With the guidance in "That's My Son," parenting a boy doesn't seem so impossible after all.
