SuperFoods For Babies And Children by Annabel Karmel

Reviewed by Amy B

"SuperFoods For Babies And Children" is a great resource for any new mom, but especially for those not wanting to use commercially prepared baby food. Not only are there easy and tasty recipes, but there's also a wealth of nutritional information packed into every page, such as eating by color and what foods are best for growth, brain power and energy, just to name a few. There is even a short section geared specifically for those moms who have decided a vegetarian diet is best for her family.

This book is divided into sections starting at a baby's first foods (at six months) and goes up to favorite family meals for those three years old and up. While not every recipe is pictured, those that are look very colorful, well presented and delicious! I wish I had this book when my children were younger.
