Nurture Thyself by Toinette Rose-Neube

Most stay at home moms, at some point in time, feel a little helpless. The laundry is in piles in the family room. The children are fighting, hitting and screaming at each other. The husband comes home stressed out about his job and thus not in the best of moods. It's six o'clock - do you know where your dinner is?
