A short, easy to read book, Christian To Christian is a good resource for a newer believer.
The Bible should always be the ultimate source for the way we live today. For a person who isn't quite ready to delve right into the Bible, getting a bit of God's word from this book would be better than not reading any at all.
Better yet, it could be used as a devotional, to supplement a person's daily scripture reading. Each page of this book contains one verse, followed by a short commentary by the author.
I'd like to note that the author has funded the publishing and promotion of this book. I admire him for his desire to encourage and support other Christians through his writing.
