My oldest plays soccer. He's decent, but certainly not excellent or a superstar. The parents and other spectators make a tunnel at the end of each game by pairing up about 3-4 feet apart and bridging their hands together.

Aiden always stops to hug me then continue on. A couple parents said that it's so sweet and wonderful, that they never get hugs from their sons! WHAT? I could never go a day without hugging everyone in my family. I am so thankful God has blessed me with lovers, not fighters He knew just what I needed

Anyway, I felt proud, maybe even moreso than when their child scores (yet another) goal.
