Of course good nutrition is always optimal- but what baby doesn't get from your diet it will get it from your stores. If you are currently malnourished it would be a far greater risk/concern.

often, it's just keeping your tummy full. once I got hungry it was all over...find things that are appealing to you and good for you and just snack constantly so you are never hungry and your tummy isn't empty. that's what tends to set off the nausea. I totally understand MS...I had it with both pergnancies and with dd it lasted for 18 long weeks...

Kana.....do you get up out of bed to try to eat something in the morning? With one of my pregnancies at least, I figured out that it helped to put something in my tummy before I even sat up in bed in the morning. I just kept some crackers on my bedside table and grabbed one to eat lying down. Don't know if that would make a difference for you, but thought I'd toss it out there anyway.

Also ditto what the others said....don't stress about how much you eat (or don't eat) right now. Once the ickies are past it'll get better. I agree with what Kate said too....an empty tummy was always an upset tummy for me too.
