Keeping your home germ-free

Even though spring is almost here I feel like colds are going around! I am coming down with something right now and I dont want to give it to anyone else. I am cleaning my house and sanitizing the kitchen, bathroom, ect. I'm also going to grab a couple of Kleenex Anti-Viral tissue for when a sneezing fit comes on, since it kills 99.9% of germs in the tissue.

Any other tips for keeping your home germ-free?

Make sure everyone keeps up with handwashing. Also I will go around and disinfect door knobs, light switches, tv remotes, phone, etc. those things that you don't really think about cleaning but get touched so much.

Thanks for all the tips! Yes hand washing is key, and using disinfecting wipes is helpful too. I'm also armed with the anti-viral Kleenex so I dont have to worry about dirty tissues lying around. I am just ready for spring to be here already!!
