Default infant acne

Is there any natural/homeopathic ways to deal with acne in babies or does it just need to run its course? Elise has broken out ALL OVER her entire face... I know it's mostly just cosmetic but some of them look like they could cause her discomfort. Any ideas?

I always let it run it's course, I would take a soft wash cloth and rub their face with mild soap, but I got pictures of them with what looked like big zits lol but they never seemed like they hurt them, but I was told unless they got infected which is rare to just leave them alone, maybe others have more info

I have heard just putting breastmilk on them can help actually. But I wouldn't "do" anything to them, iykwim. But I'd otherwise just let it run it's course as well. Poor baby.

Both my girls got it really bad as newborns. I just let it be and it typically clears in a week or two.

It's caused by hormones, so I don't think there's anything you can really do for it. Like Michelle, though, I've also heard of putting some breast milk on it. Fortunately it shouldn't last long! Hope it's not causing her any discomfort.
