Default Heartburn?

I've never had heartburn before, so I'm not sure if this is what I'm experiencing... I've got just a warm feeling from my throat down to my stomach. It doesn't feel like burning, just warm. As if I did a shot, or something! Lol

I'm 7/8 dpo. We didn't really ttc this month, but I've never had heartburn before. Could it be a BFP symptom? Anyone else had this before they got a BFP?

I have terrible heartburn even when not preggo, it's either like needles exploding in my stomach or like acid is bubbling up from my gut and literally burning my insides.
I do sometimes feel something like you described when I am catching a cold or getting a fever. It always starts with my "chest" area and I feel warm like you said. I so hope you are not getting sick, just to make sure check your temperature, make sure you don't have a fever.

Now remember though, everyone's early BFP symptoms are so different. With my first pregnancies I actually felt NOT pregnant and was discouraged by not feeling anything, but as I had more pregnancies I started noticing patterns of symptoms that were super subtle, but I can pretty much tell if I am preggo now by the way MY body reacts...if that makes sense.
With me, I always feel sick AFTER eating when I am first preggo. That is always my first symptom even before AF is late.

I SO hope you are feeling your early symptoms! Please keep us updated and I will for sure keep you in prayers! In Christ, there is always hope, and I pray He blesses you and gives you the desire of your hearts!!

Blessings,
Amber

Sounds like minor heartburn. I get it if I eat even a little too much. If my diet is on spot I never get it. I'm sure I've seen it in pg symptoms lists before.

I usually don't have heartburn before I get a BFP, but I always get heartburn when I am pregnant. I have it right now! If you drink milk and the feeling starts to go away (even if it doesn't go 100%) it is probably heartburn.

I never have heartburn ever so when I do get it I start paying attention and look for a bfp, I get it before I miss my period but there have been occasions that I got heartburn and still got my period but I do notice it because I never get heartburn, sometimes I wonder if those other occasion were chemical pregnancies idk anyway it definitely can be an early pregnancy symptom

Amber, I also just told dh the other day that I've been feeling a bit nauseous after I eat! Lol
Ah well, either way, I'll know in about a week.

Thanks for your input ladies!

I have a sneaking suspicion it was just from stress because we were staying with friends (ok, so the husband is dh's friend and I get to spend time with the wife) and she's quite 'high maintenance'. I think my stress levels went through the roof during our visit! They're one of those couples where everything is an argument/discussion between them. Unfortunately their 3 kids have picked up on this bad habit and constantly interrupt and talk back. What a lovely 'vacation' eh? :rolls eyes:

Ah, the things we do/put up with so our dh's can spend some time with an old friend!

In any case, I'm also starting school again in less than 2 wks, so that plus the visit prob gave me the heartburn, aches and nauseous stomach. It's manageable though. God is good!
