Well there ya go then. All that along WITH the weight loss stuff Ruth mentioned (which I wasn't aware of either) apparently equals further delayed ppaf for you

Hi Jen! Mine didn't return until the babe was 9 to 10 mths. old. Nice not having to deal with it for awhile. Enjoy your cuddly boy!

I LOVE not having AF!! Yeah for a 6 month PPAF break!!! One thing though...I think when you lose weight, it can release the hormones and restore fertility, not the other way around. That is why they tell large women with PCOS to lose weight if they want to get pg.
I have been different each time....9 months no ppaf with Em, 6 weeks ppaf after Noah, even with Em nursing a lot still, and with Mak it was about 14 months and she nursed less than Em. Hormones are wacky...who knows what helps! I hope the twins keep my AF away for a long time!!!! I hope your ppaf stays away a little longer!! Blessings, Amber |

Yeah it's funny how that works, Amber!~ This is definitely the longest I've ever gone without AF, and NOT being pregnant! ::snort:: Even with the 23 pound loss, I haven't had any other signs of fertility or AF... maybe the odd spotting, or some questionable EWCM, but nothing definite. It's truly weird. And after each baby it's been different, but by far, this is the longest. And as I said before, I both LOVE and hate this time... ::snort:: I just know that AF would show up on a long road trip, when I least expect her, and I'll be totally unprepared. That's the only "down" side to all this. ::snort::
