Default My big boy keeps on getting bigger!

Micah is 8 months old and today we had a doctor check up. He is 24 pounds (with clothes on) and 29.5 inches long.

Hannah was 22 pounds when she was 15 months old. This is new territory for me, lol.

With our allergy issues, solids are pretty shaky ground right now. The doctor said that Micah is doing just fine on 99% breastmilk, so no worries there.

Ruth,

OH.MY! That's incredible. My Rebekah is almost 13 months, and she currently weighs 16 pounds 8 ounces and measures 28-3/4". Your "lil' one" makes mine look like a munchkin!

Funny how they are all so different, isn't it? Callum is definitely my leanest baby, yet he is really long. (Haven't measured him lately though....I'll have to do that!)

I agree, I think it's funny how muuuch babies differ... Holly and Cally, who SHARED the womb, couldn't BE more different. Cally is "short" and stocky, while Holly is Tall and Lean. Every baby is different, and I love that! Thank you for sharing his growth! That's wonderful!

 WOW! That is a big boy! It's sooo great that he is so healthy and going strong at 99% BM! Way to go! I hope the allergies aren't serious and dissipate with time.

Your 8 month old is about 4lbs heavier than my 14 month old! haa!!! My first was my big one, and watch out, THEY STAY BIG! I had to buy size 7 pajamas for my 4 year old, newly 4 yer old because she is growing so fast and so tall I have to buy the next size up about every 4-6 months!
Keep up the good work Mama!
Blessings,
Amber
