This is a great thread!
The questions, finding fun, silliness, excitement, and beauty is simple things, laughter, figuring things out and solving problems....even though it might be different than I'd have done or take longer that I would have taken to do it,

They crack me up at this age. Everything is new and exciting, and all the language faux pas. The connections they make (mostly correct but sometimes hilariously wrong...) and the exploring they do.
The best are the hugs and kisses and uncontrollable laughter.

I love how they know everything. (Except for their shoes. They never know where their shoes are.) They've got a creative answer for everything, and the confidence and pride they display when they give their answers is priceless.
