charting

Well, I checked out TCOYF yesterday from the library. It is a very interesting book! I am going to start charting things this month. Do I have to have a special thermometer for temps or can I just use my regular digital? I also bought Vitex too and started taking that. I have also had a problem with FCM, not producing wel l ( could have been the clomid though) anything I can do or take to make that better? Thanks ladies
