I used ginger candy - this is the cutesy one I tried http://www.gingerpeople.com/gin-gin-candies.html but our local supermarket also sells a much cheaper one that looks like this http://www.mastgeneralstore.com/prod...-DEFAULT-l.jpg
I have also just bought ginger root, cut it up, boiled it and then drank the hot water like it was tea. What else? I usually try to take b12, take it easy on the iron in the beginning, take my prenatal at night before I go to sleep. Some people take their b12 vitamin with unisom, but I have never tried that combo personally and wouldn't take that on top of zofran.
A company called Grace makes 2 drinks that have lots of ginger in them - Tropical Rhythms Ginger Sorell and Pineapple Ginger, way more effective than ginger ale, IMO. Ginger ale does almost nothing for me bec even the ones with real ginger have such a tiny amt. Basically when I am preggo I am a ginger-holic.
If it is acid I hope the Pepcid is ok to take or maybe there is an alternative if it is not. Sometimes I drink milk when I have heartburn but it is hard to do that when you already feel sick.
Praying you feel better soon!

"Morning sickness" is a misnomer. (In fact, the technical medical term is "nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.") For some pregnant women, the symptoms are worst in the morning and ease up over the course of the day, but they can strike at any time and, for most women, last all day long. The intensity of symptoms can vary from woman to woman, too.
