Yes, it could. I've started to feed him multiple times on one side before switching and that seems to be helping. Also wrapping him to sleep during the day (with me) as I mentioned. Swaddling him even while awake more often as well. But when he is the crankiest is when he needs to poop and it seems to take his body a while to be able to do it's thing. Ouch! Poor dude! More often than not I have to put him to the breast to get things moving. (Weird! haha! That's how it is about 90% of the time.)

So glad you posted this. I was beginning to wonder about my very good baby who is getting fussier and fussier. I really hope its just the crazy schedule we've had and nothing more!

This is definitely Kiera right now. I decided to be really mean yesterday and not let her get passed all around the church. It seemed to help a little. I have been going places and having people here WAY too much the last week and I know that's not helping at all either!

He continues to be our sensitive child... e.g. lower pain tolerance, fairer skin, more prone to rash, also more sensitive emotionally. I think it just took more time for his gut to mature and that's what caused all the crying.
NO.... This sounds a little too familiar Starting the last few days Kiera just screams and cries for a while each evening! Its awful! I'm hoping its just our crazy schedule and if I stay at home more again that she will settle.

Kiera does this too... I think its because they finally relax and their little bodies can do what they need to. Or at least that's her problem!

This sounds all too familiar! My LO is 14 weeks today and is just starting to settle in last couple of weeks. She was a very sensitive (still is) at first. Being passed around made her miserable! Too much stimulation and strange faces for such a new baby. Who could blame them?! And yes, it can be awkward when everyone wants to see the baby. I actually had my inlaws tell me they were "used to doing things differently" when I tried to cut the visitation back. I would just sneak away and BF her. I still do it if needed. Just being alone, quiet and of course at the breast calms her down. She has also had lots of tummy trouble which is getting better. Its all developmental, I think. Gripe Water helps soothe and "get things moving". Mine doesnt seem to mind the taste either. Also found it literally cures hiccups! Use a dropper not a syringe to administer though. Something else I found works a lot better. Nice to know Im not alone
