Default Vomiting from only one kind of cheese?

    Hi!

G is usually 100% fine with dairy, she eats cheddar and mozzarella all the time at home, she doesn't love cow milk but can drink it w/o issue, has it in cereal, can eat yogurt, etc.

BUT I have noticed that the last 2x we have had eggplant rollatini at a family event (Basically like eggplant parmesan but it is rolled up with ricotta in the middle) she has gotten sick - she throws up once or twice (the kind of vomit that is basically looks like everything they have ever eaten, ew!) and then is fine again. the first time we thought it was because she snuck a seeded breadstick and we know her brothers don't react well to sesame so just tried to avoid it for her, too. This time I know she had no breadsticks, so it has to have been the rollatini. The only thing I am thinking it could be is the ricotta cheese? I know it is pasteurized so I don't know why this one would make her sick when no other cheese does? Eggplant parmesan does not make her sick at all either, so it is not the eggplant itself.
Obviously I will not give her rollatini again, but is reacting like this to only one kind of cheese even a thing? If not I will have to see if there are more differences between parmesan style and rollatini style than I thought...
