Thanks everyone! It really was an amazing experience! Not without it's crazy moments, especially since it was so fast (ie. the more I think about it, the more I'm grateful Twila showed up when she did because I don't know that I would have had the presence of mind to either call hubby or catch Malcolm myself! ha!) but truly it was an answer to prayer. I did have to fend off mil a bit after she showed up... had to get myself dressed sooner than I wanted because I knew she wouldn't stay out of the room and she tried to 'get her turn' to hold Malcolm before even Alan got a chance to, but the midwives shooed her away. God is good!! He can work things out in ways we would never imagine, that's for sure!!

So funny... I haven't been online since Malcom's arrival and I was searching the pregnancy posts to see any recent posts and saw your comment on Anna's and the ticker was gone! I rushed over here lol.

Thanks for sharing your story! I loved it and so happy for you and your family!

Thanks ladies. And yes, Kathaleen.... it's so incredibly easy to see God in all the details. Even now when I think back to the experience I'm still in awe.
