The investment in a diaper pattern was well worth it. I now have a beautiful strawberry shortcake print fitted diaper made for my little princess. Yay!! Yipee!!

Yes, I want details please! :P jamma 11-08-2006, 08:50 AM I would like to see a pic! :D BlessedMommy 11-28-2006, 12:54 AM I used the Goodness Gracious diaper pattern for my sizing and used directions on the internet for the sewing. I actually used straight out cotton for part of it---hmm, might use flannel in the future. And I used a microfiber auto towel for the soaker pad. SoapLady 11-29-2006, 07:15 AM Does that diaper patten require a serger? I don't have a serger but may give something like this a try, especially if we decide to have more chidren. (I tried Googling the pattern, but the links kept coming up with an error page.) jamma 11-29-2006, 09:11 AM Does that diaper patten require a serger? You can turn and topstitch any pattern. That's what I do. For sizing, just add about an inch all the way around and turn and topstitch it. I will try adding to to edges so I can turn and topstitch! BlessedMommy 11-29-2006, 01:59 PM No, I didn't use a serger. I just finished another dipe recently. As a matter of fact, my baby is wearing it right now. This one is in moon and star print!! believeNgrace 11-29-2006, 03:01 PM Good for you Ruth!
