pasloma 03-04-2009, 06:04 PM Hi Beth!!!
HOW EXCITING!!! You got to the right place!!!
When I first arrived I was pregnant with my first baby too and she is now 6 months old! it was a real blessing to go through it all with these dear sisters I've gotten to know and love more and more each day!
I am still learning... and in my new walk as a mom I give every step with confidence... knowing the Lord is with me and He's provided great friends to come to either if I am scared or confused...
I hope you feel the same way!
So... WELCOME TO C'MOMS!
Hugs!
Paloma.

rachel 03-04-2009, 06:25 PM Hi:) welcome
Momtobe 03-04-2009, 06:50 PM Thanks, ladies! You're making me feel very welcome!
I'm very new to this, so this may seem like a silly question. How do I get the information at the bottom of my posts--you know, like the verses & dates?
Thanks for the help!
pasloma 03-04-2009, 06:53 PM :D
No silly question at all!
Just Go to your Control Panel... You will see on top of the threads on the right side... under the "Christian Mommies Logo" the "User CP" option... click on it and start getting familiarized with all the tools and options you have there...
What you want is to Edit your Signature... You can do it there... You can just write something, bring a ticker from another website or even post a picture (using the location 'link' of the picture you want) ...
You can also Get an Avatar... by uploading a picture directly from your computer or if you already have an image or picture uploaded on the internet you can also use the location of that picture ...
:)
This will be really helpful for you too:

buttercup_97140 03-19-2009, 08:48 AM Hi Beth....
Welcome... you came to a good spot for Mommy advice! These ladies rock! Congratulations on your new little blessing! There is nothing like being a Mommy!
Mommy advice.......hmmm........seriously, if someone wants to hold the baby while you take a nap....even if you will miss your baby so much it hurts....GO TAKE A NAP! You may feel wonderful and fine but girl...about 3 or 4 weeks out BAM! It hits you that you have had about 3 hours of sleep total in those few weeks......
Um....babies can cry...it wont kill them....you not taking a shower for a week because you are afraid your baby will cry...that will kill us all!! ;-)
It's not anything to be ashamed of if you call your time on the toilet a "vacation!" We have all been there gal.....go with it!
Being a Mom is all about trial and error and the longer you are at it, the stronger you get!
Blessings,
Amber
