Hi there. I'm new to the board - don't usually do these kind of things. But I was glad to see a Christian site. I am 37 and expecting my 4th child. My oldest is 16, the next is in heaven due to a miscarriage in 2005, then I have a 14 month old. It is so great being a mom again after 15 years between. It seems much easier despite the worries of starting all over again. I am 10 weeks today and due Sept 30th, which happens to be my sweet mother-in-law's birthday.

Congratulations on the new addition coming this fall! We have several CMommies expecting right now and due around the same time - looks like a really baby boom on here these days!

I know you will love the site and forums. We are small enough that you can really feel like a part of the family here. Can't wait to see you "around".

Oh, I am only 26, but have 7 kids - 5 of which are stepchildren. I have ages 16,15,14,5,5,4 and 19 months. So, I understand the big gaps in ages....it can be great! Big kids definitely help out with the younger ones!!!

It sounds like your households are much busier than mine, and more blessed since children are a heritage from the Lord, regardless of how they get to us. Thanks for sharing. I also am stepmother to 3 so I know where you are coming from. However they are not all in our home full time.

Reneemomto5 where to you travel on the east coast? We live in FL and have property in VT - planning on building there for the future. It must be very nice to be so mobile. Is the mileage from being in the Lord's service full time?

Reneemomto5 where to you travel on the east coast? We live in FL and have property in VT - planning on building there for the future. It must be very nice to be so mobile. Is the mileage from being in the Lord's service full time?

We live in Florida too! We travel the east coast with our food business to various fairs and events throughout the year. We have various bible studies at some events but my husband and I are new to teaching the bible to others. I guess Tampa would be the closest "big" city to where we are located.

Just wanted to clarify...they don't all live with us! LOL! The 3 oldest are a couple of hours away with their moms, and the younger ones are in and out a few nights a week and every other weekend. We only have our son together with us all the time!
