E lost his first tooth today, I can't believe it :) He looks adorable, with that little gap down on the bottom :mrgreen:

That's an exciting day at our house too! Our 7yo actually lost her first this past Saturday. She was getting anxious about it as her older sisters and most of her friends started losing theirs in their 5th or 6th years.

I love gap-toothed grins!

E is 5 1/2 and I was in shock as for some reason I thought they lost them at 8 yrs old!! :-D so at first when he came home form school and showed me his wobbly tooth, I panicked and thought he had fallen and hit it, so I called my mum and she said well yes he is 5 you know!! I can hardly believe he is at this stage!!
Beth this was a busy few days for teeth falling out :) We will have to get some pictures to show. I will try tomorrow!

Way to go Ethan. i remember when K lost hers, i was a little panicky too. When we looked in her mouth we noticed that she had double teeth. her adult one came in behind her baby ones. ahh the first children.!! Jake also has lost 6 teeth so far and he is the same age as E. when his 2 bottom ones came in they pushed out his other 2 bottom one.

That is very exciting. We are wondering when DS will lose his, he got all his baby teeth fast and early, so now he is 5, I guess it could happen at any time. He goes next week for his first dental appointment (yes, I know we are late for this :) ) so hopefully they will all be healthy teeth.

Hey we can almost join the club. Mady has just been beside herself with all of her cousins and friends loosing teeth. Everytime someone would lose one she would check her teeth. She turned 6 earlier this month and said that she knew that this would be the year that she lost some teeth. Well on the 13th at her valentines party at school she discovered she not only has 1 tooth loose but 2.....one more than the other. Dh and I are saying it will come out by the end of this week but we will see....we can already see the new tooth. Will post a pic once it is out...

Aww yay for Ethan! We are coming up on that....Gracie will be six in April. She has yet to loose one. Her dentist said that children usually do not start loosing their baby teeth until their sixth year. But you never know! :)
