Well... Natalia is almost 3 months old... (WOW!!! I know! so fast!) ... and she's been drooling much more the last 3 days... could she be teething? already??? she bites her fists and sucks them desperately sometimes... (not all the time) ...

Do you think she is already teething? I don't see her gums any different.... I don't feel them different either....

What do you think??

Paloma.

The chewing and drooling are great signs of teething! And at 3 months she sure could be. Any fussiness?! Usually Payton would have the drooling/chewing then later fussiness and a new tooth shortly thereafter :)

abby's first two teeth broke through at 3 months. jojo on the other hand has been teething since he was 2 or 3 months. drooling, sucking on his hands all that but he's not fussy.
i think 'Talia is probably teething, it just takes a while for them to start to actually poke through!

Well... she is not a very fussy baby... but I think she is a little bit fussy ... particularly today....

Not crying a lot but more whining .... so... it could be that she is teething already! WOW! That's fast!

Thank you gals!

It could be teething. Eldest DS got the bottom 2 teeth when he was 4 months. Other DS didn't get his until almost 6 months. Both boys were always fussy and drooling. We went through several bibs a day.

yep, very possible...all of mine have started around 4 months...some didn't get a tooth through until 7 or 8 months...Warrior has 2 now at 6 months...
so, it could very well be teething...she may cut them within another month or so, or it could be several months yet :p nice huh?

That is exactly how Payton got, not really "crying" necessarily but a lot more whiny and clingy. Only time will tell when she will actually get teeth though.

I can't believe she is 3 months already, where has the time gone?!

Both of mine started teething at around 4 months but A didn't break her first tooth until 1 and then they all came in in one month (no problems). E is 2 and didn't get her first tooth until 17 1/2 months. She still doesn't have them all. All that to say yes she could be teething but it can also take awhile.

If she gets fussy you could try a wet washcloth to chew on or teething toys. Rubbing Natalia's gums is also good for alleviating any pain.
