What song is it that you used to listen to over and over again and that even though the radio no longer plays it, it plays over and over in your head? Mine is

"God Is In Control" Amy Grant I think.

I haven't heard it in years but its in my head..

Well "Jesus, Lover of my Soul" has gotten me through many a situation. Just something about that song that is comforting to me. :)

I love Mercy Me! My new favorite just came out. It is called Only Grace by Matthew West. That song is so true!

Ok Lori, Sarah, Rachel I am in the same boat as you guys are. I love Mercy Me and Amazing Love is awesome. One that has really touched me recently we listened to during a Beth Moore Breaking Free Study was Selah....It is well with my soul.....what an awesome powerful song that will just bring me to my knees.

Lealea, since you are in the DFW area, check out 94.9 KLTY, it is a great Christian music station. I keep it on a preset in my car.

Now as for the question, "Sing Your Praise To The Lord" and "Amazing Love"

I don't know the name of it, but goes something like:

Not sure if those are the words exactly...but that's how my mind sings it :)

My mind is full of Christmas songs right now. Unfortunately I heard "Santa Baby" and now it's stuck. I really don't like that song, but it seems to be hanging out in my brain :?

An old one that always pops into my head a lot is "Awesome God" but a new one that has been helping me get through things lately is "Mountain of God" by Third Day.

There are so many song that have touched my life. One is "Please Forgive Me" by the Crabb Family, a more recent one would be "Rescue" by Newsong because God truely rescued me from a messed up life!
