I think I may have started a thread like this once before... not sure...

So what does/can it mean if you have large clumps during AF? Today is Day 1, and AF usually makes her way gradually, but not this month. She's rockin' da house, if you kwim!... Can it be caused by stress during the previous month?

Stress can certainly play a BIG part.

But if it's really abnormal for you, or if you're not comfortable, you might want to make an appointment.
