anyone have fav. toys that ur child has?





mine is his baby bible..its made out of cloth but has things that u can move ..he likes for me to read it to him...

and his activity center...by leapfrog..it has a world that u can spin and it sings and says numbers in different languages

My son loved anything musical as a baby and now that he is 8, he plays the piano and the organ so I guess he was trying to tell us something. DD loved baby dolls from early on and still does. It is funny how their taste in toys will usually remain the same or atleast close. Stephanie

The best toy I have ever found is the Manhattan Skwish (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0007Q1K06/ref=sr_11_1/103-0748389-6912632?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance). My son at 4 months loved it and still does at 21 months! I have yet to find a baby who does not find it fascinating.

Lanibelle loves anything that she can swing around. We have some mallets and drumsticks that she is fascinated by. Wooden spoons are her favorite though. Of course if she inherited her father's temperment. she and wooden spoons may have a long relationship lol :P

Where did you get the baby bible? It sounds neat. Mine likes pulling apart her alphabet puzzle pieces - the big foam ones.

i got it at bereans(sp?) the christian book store...it was like 12 to 13 i think

My daughter loves her light up hammer her daddy bought for her. I think it's by little tykes and has a sort of soft tip that she loves to hit our wall or coffee table with in the living room. She also likes her baby dolls...she carries them around by their legs. She also likes this little fisher price car my mom got her for Christmas. It lights up and makes music. She loves to play with the steering wheel. It also goes from a walker to sitting and riding on it. She loves to push it back and forth and usually hit it against something over...over...over again. See a pattern...she is just a happy with anything that makes noise..if it makes a lot of noise it is the toy for her :D

Ian has one of those. He LOVES to hit anything that will stay still long enough...including your toes!! :wink: He also likes his activity table. I think it is a fisher price one that has interchangable activity rings that go on top. I got it second hand, but still in great condition.
