How to transition from naked to underwear??

Hannah is pretty good at using the potty when she's stripped down and just wearing a T-shirt. But obviously that can't go on forever. I would like to transition to underwear, but have had no success when I've tried. Any tips for making it go easier and better?

I had a similar issue with Trevor. He would know that he needed to poop in the toilet if he didn't have pants/underwear on. But, if he had them on, he would mess in his pants.

So, I bought him boxer shorts. It gave him the feel of not having anything on so he could remember to go, but he was clothed.

If I were you, I'd try very loose clothing, without underwear first. Like try a loose long dress. Or just a shirt. Ummm...something like that. Then maybe loose pants, but still no tight fitting underwear.
