Background first....we just moved about 3 weeks ago. However stress has never effected AF before sooooo where to go from here. Travis also had a vasectomy in December 2000. So it's been almost 8 years.

But I haven't had AF since July 16th. I've lost 8 lbs and it all seems to be in the hip area and nothing in the tummy area. I needed to lose anyway so if I were its ok because I did that with 2nd daughter anyway. Anything and everything I eat gives me gas and/or heartburn. Been very tired lately. Dare I even go there with the emotional roller coaster. I ate tonight and thought I was going to vomit afterwards. UGH!

Ok so it totally would be a HUGE miracle if I were. I am like clockwork with my period too. I had all the signs of starting last month. I got the major attitude before and then crying all the time but yet nothing. My period in July was almost non existant. I had it but it was shorter and lighter than it normally is.

I haven't POAS yet because I don't want the disappointment The last time I did this was after I had surgery and missed for 2 months. They said that was normal after surgery but getting AF was less disappointing than getting a -. I was going to buy one today and everybody and anyone was standing in front of the display at Walmart so I didn't get one.

We are totally ok with this. We've always talked about adopting because we want a little boy. But always said we couldn't as long as we were in our other house because it was too small. Well now we are in a 2 story house with 4 bedrooms. LOL! Wouldn't it be just like God to do that!

Please pray for me. I dont' want anything to be wrong but just want an answer and would love it to be a +!

Yes we have a Dollar Tree. I didn't know they carried tests. I'll have to check it out. We have a Dollar General too. I don't feel so good this morning either. Going back to bed once everyone leaves for school sounds like an excellent idea to me.

It sounds like you are feeling exactly the same way that I am feeling. I am almost 5 weeks along. I will be praying for you and your family.

I think it is a good idea to test just to see what is going on with your body. If do get a +, you may want to change your eating habits or get on vitamins. It is hard not to get excited/disappointed, but you are pretty late...

Keep us posted!

Well I guess I do need to. A friend of mine from church is on her 3rd AF and we both went to a youth camp together as leaders. I had mine right after hers. So I should be starting for September in 2 weeks. I may just wait a couple of weeks and see if I get AF for September then if I don't, then test.

Did anyone have issues with a change in odor or discharge when they first found out they were pregnant?
