Yes these are very cute and popluar. A friend of mine had one at her shower and I plan on making one for my sisters shower.....just a really cute decoration that can actually be put to good use afterwards

I had one at one of my showers. I loved it! For the first few months, I used disposable and this cake gave me like 200 diapers!

I got one of these from my workmates when I was pregnant with ds. There were also all sorts of little things inserted in it - little hairbrush, rattle, baby socks, baby towel, baby face washer. So useful and looks great too. I think that it is a fantastic idea.
