Mine love meat and cheese sliced or cubed with crackers, or I roll and bake meatballs and they can eat them easily at the table, roll halfs of turkey dogs in small pillsbury cresent rolls and bake mini pigs in blankets.....all the protein ones I can think of that are easy and non-messy and finger food right now!

Katherine's favorite foods are strawberries, apples, cheese and yogurt.

For protein i will give her crackers or a slice of bread with peanut butter or, for a super special treat (rarely) - nutella (hazelnut/chocolate spread) spread on them. Mmm... I want some nutella. Hahah guilty pleasure!

If I have a bit of leftover chicken, i will wrap that in 1/2 a tortilla for a snack for her with a dab of ranch dressing. If i have something like avacado, I will spread that on the tortilla too.

Usually for snacks it's leftovers if I have them, or something like cold cucumber and carrot sticks... crackers... cheese... cold farmer's sausage... stuff like that.

My general rule is for snacks I DON'T COOK. So, it's leftovers and cold stuff i can cut up. whatever fruit and veggies are there. :-) If she doesn't want to eat it then she can go hungry until supper. If i have bran muffins or something leftover from breakfast, she can have that, too. or dry cereal. whatever. lol.
