proud mamma bragging moment here...my daughter can write her name all by herself. Perhaps some of your children have been doing this for a long time...but we just started working on it. She has been able to type it for a long time, but now she can print it!

You should definitely be proud. My preschooler cousin could do this early too, it is so amazing to me that a youngster their age can do this, I am impressed!

She is 4. It is go great to see her start to do these "big girl" things on her own, but don't you love those times when your preschooler reminds you that they are really still babies?
Seems like we spend so much time tring to help them grow up, I revel in the times that she really needs me (even if just to "wipe" after she potties), I just eat it up when she is sleepy and regresses back to cuddling with mommy...I don't think I am ready for the "empty nest" yet!
