I have a niece and nephew coming to visit for a week with us at our next location. I have a trundle bed for the one but hmm can't figure out where to fit the other.
Thinking maybe to buy one of those small blow up kids mattresses (those real small like princess ones) you see in the stores. Anyone have one, like them or hate them. Or other suggestions.
I would put my daughter, who is 3 and small, in our room with it and have my niece sleep in my daughters bed.
Its just size, it needs to be small size or I would just buy a twin size one. But truthfully it wouldn't fit in our room, its smallllll.
Thanks

My 6yo dd received one as a gift. It's okay, not great, but functional. My biggest complaint with it is that it's a pain to set up and pack down. It takes a fair amount of closet space when inflated. But the situation you describe it may just be perfect.
Wished you were closer, I'd be happy to let you borrow it indefinitely!

That's what I was afraid of, I stayed away from them just for that reason, they looked like a pain to set up.
Hmmm going to have to figure something out though. Thanks for your input Beth. And it takes up a lot of storage space, grrr don't have that.
Thanks

Grayce has a winnie the poo one. it blows up like a air matress( just is a kid size) and top has a little sleeping bag type thing. she loves it. we use it when we go camping for her. she was aking for it more, so if you fold it a certain way, you can use it as a chair/lounge. right now it is in her room. ibought it from walmart for about 30 CAN. also to store it, it rolls up like a sleeping bag. grayce is around the same age as your daughter i believe.

Winnie the pooh is the hit at our house, and that could be girl or boy. It sounds like that would be perfect. Do you have the name of the company that makes that by chance so I can look that up?
Thanks

i'll have to look in the morning, as she is asleep right now. not sure about using for a boy, the majority of the matress cover is a purply color, but wal mart did have different patterns.

You know, we bought a blow up bed when we went to visit my in-laws because she didn't end up having a good place for Em to sleep. We went to walmart and bought a girls princess blow up bed, that ended up being about $25. Now that we are home, Em sleeps on it most nights in our room because her bedroom is now the only one upstairs, and it's SOOOOOOOOOOO super hot up there during the summer, so she sacks out next to our bed. She seems to sleep well on the bed. I put down a sheet- not the zip on one that came with it though- and then I lay a pretty fluffy blanket (one I made that I put extra fluff into it) down for her to sleep on just to make it a bit more comfortable. Shes almost 3, bout the size of a 4 year old and she fits well. Just FYI, Em's bed is wedged between a wall and our bed, so she eventually hits something that helps her not fall off. We have found Em on the floor at the head of the bed before, but it's so low to the ground, she slept through it! Haahaa!!!
Blessings,
Amber

That is exactly what we ended up getting. We have had it up since buying it and she loves playing in it. Our guests come tonight so we'll see how it goes.
Thanks gals!
