I have a $35 gift card from Babies R Us. Any ideas on what to use it for?

:-) you guys are cute! He has about 15 pairs of 'big boy undies' as we call them. He could care less if they are kept clean and dry...

BUT, as for the gift card, it was given to use for dd. SO, I think I should probably use it on her.

SO, any toys for a little one that you have and love??

Maybe a "girly" toy of some kind? It amazes me how my dd plays so differently than ds. A baby maybe? (although I know your dd wouldn't really use it for several months still...)

hehe looks like we cross posted Kate. Is there anything that you really need? Maybe something for the kids rooms? I dunno usually with gift cards i end up buying diapers and wipes. I know so exciting, right?:p

a battery operated nasal aspirator???!!! wow...can you find a link for it Esther so I can see what you're talking about? :-) thanks...

I'm thinking maybe some Little People, we can't have any of them and I know kids really like them.

I was thinking something more girly since we don't have anything like that.

My kids LOVE little people. They have a lot to choose from because little people are their grandparents favorite presents to buy - DD in particular loves the little people house. (Over the farm and the castle.)

Do you have a battery ear thermometer? They are great and you get a temp in about 3 seconds in the ear as opposed the to rectal temp.

I probably wouldn't go for the Little People because i always see them in great condition at yard sales for cheap.

How about books? I'm not sure if they have books, but I love colorful board books for babies.

Do you have a plenty of bedding stuff?

I don't know if they still make them, but we used to have a plastic bib from Babies R that was fairly rigid and had a scooped up shape on the bottom to catch food. It was wonderful, easily rinsed off after a meal and eliminated a lot of laundry.

It may be a little early, but everything I have read says the most educational, long lasting toy is a good quality set of blocks.
