Skunkers 07-08-2008, 05:28 PM Well, if you put anything on them.......it may help you, but she may not like the taste. Keep them from getting too dry...yet let them air out after you nurse. A good bra, that does not rub. kim 07-08-2008, 05:56 PM I had really sore nipples when preggers with dd and ds was still nursing. I didn't realize at the time I was pregnant though (clueless...lol....moving across the country and other crazy things going on) so I didn't do anything. Fortunately it only lasted a couple of weeks. Sorry I don't have any really helpful suggestions. Hopefully it won't last long for you. Cheryl 07-08-2008, 09:17 PM I used a small dab of pure lanolin ointment after every nursing session during those early weeks. It's all natural, and provided she's not allergic to wool, she should be fine. It's available at Walmart and Target in the baby section. Making sure the nipples are dry before "harnessing" them back up is a good idea too. |
