View Full Version : Introducing Patrick Heith Clark kanaclark 09-19-2006, 08:53 PM Patrick was born Monday, September 18, 2006 at 12:41 p.m. He weighed seven pounds eleven ounces and was twenty and one quarter inches long. He's adorable! :D kanaclark 09-20-2006, 11:41 AM thank you ladies, I too think he's just handsome. (shame-less conceit, LOL) My labor started around 4:30 Monday morning. The contractions weren't strong, but I knew it was real. We sent Gabe to school, called our cousin to get Bri, and went to the hospital around 8:00. When we got there, I was five centimeters, and 80% effaced. (at 9:00). By eleven, I was eight and 90%. At 12:30, I was almost ten centimeters and fully efaced, so he stretched my cervix and broke my water. After three big pushes, Patrick arrived at 12:41. We were discharged the next day around 3:00 or so. Patrick has some bruising on his head and shoulders from the quick delivery, so he has to go back to the doctor tomorrow, and then again next week for his one week check up, but that's ok. better safe than sorry. momof4 09-20-2006, 12:12 PM Congratulations.
