I know that I am supposed to stop the evening primrose once I ovulate, but do I take the vitex (chasteberry) the whole time? I am temping and checking CM too, this is really interesting!

I will have to read up on it, but from what I can remember you have to take it for three months to build it up in your system and then it starts working. Great that you are charting then you will be able to see if works. It is really interesting!!

Opps! Did not really answer the question.[whatwacko] I have been reading a bit and it seems like most people continue taking it the whole month, but you need to stop as soon as you are pregnant. It is tricky because you do not know for those two weeks if you are pregnant. I did read that some people stop after they ovulate. I am guessing it would take longer to build up in your system then.
