Well, I checked out TCOYF yesterday from the library. It is a very interesting book! I am going to start charting things this month. Do I have to have a special thermometer for temps or can I just use my regular digital? I also bought Vitex too and started taking that. I have also had a problem with FCM, not producing wel l ( could have been the clomid though) anything I can do or take to make that better? Thanks ladies :)

astroglide liquid lube works well with low CFM...it just takes time after the clomid for it to get better...
I got a basel body dig. thermometer off-brand for a few bucks at like walgreens for my temps...not just a reg. thermometer.

TCOYF is a great book. You might want to look at the Fertility Friend website as well. They have a great charting course for free and you can also start a chart online for free. They do a good job and it is really easy to learn and set up. I think Esther posted awhile ago about evening primrose oil for FCM. I have read that on many sites now and since I had some, I tried it last month for fun and it works.:-D I just took some before O and them stopped after. It is fun learning about your body. I hope charting goes well for you.
