We'll be doing some field trips and stuff, nothing major, just fun stuff. i think Gabe wants to do a summer unit on weather or something like that.

Tomorrow, my nephew is coming to visit with us for a week. (and he'll come back again in july, probably) but that's about it.

We're well into the summer groove here already. We've been heading to the Y a couple of days per week, they have a kids cardio and a yoga class my girls enjoy and have been heading to our pool club most every day also. We had a busy, hectic week of VBS last week. The girls all attended and I taught. My dh is teaching summer courses this year so we'll be staying in town now until July 17th or so. We're still debating whether or not we'll make our usual summer pilgramage to New England. Between gas prices and our shortened summer (dh has to report back to real school again on Aug 5th or so) I'm not sure whether we'll make it up or not. We took a complete break in homeschool for a few weeks but am now trying to do an hour or so per day M-Th while dh is teaching. I'd like to get a few extra days under our belt so that we can be a bit more flexible with taking a day off here and there during next year.

I'm a little late on seeing this thread but summer has been going great so far! I took the summer off work to spend time with the girls. We've had a busy start already we celebrated both dd's birthdays one 6-18 and the other 6-25. My Brother and his wife just had their first baby over the weekend, shes beautiful and healthy. Were doing t-ball and gymnastics and Cheerleading. There doesn't seem to be enough time in the day( :-D )! I look forward to have some great fellowship this summer with friends and family!!
