Ok girls, I need your prayers. I went in for my prenatal visit on Friday and to do my sugar test. They also did an u/s because the last two visits Austin has measured ahead. Everything looked great in the u/s, but the Dr. said I have an excess of fluid. It could mean I have gestational diabetes or according to what I've researched their could be problems with the babies central nervous system or digestive system. I'll know my results of my diabetes test either Thursday or Friday of this week. Also according to the articles I've read, the mother could have excessive bleeding during and after giving birth. I go back to see the Dr. in 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks later I see him and go in twice that week to be hooked up to the fetal monitor. He is measuring 2 weeks ahead. Dr. said they will start monitoring me and the baby starting at 32 weeks to make sure he's not in distress. The Dr. didn't really seem that worried, but considering this is my first and have been through 2 m/c, it worries me to death. I truly hope the problem is mine and not the babies. I pray that the Lord will just take away this extra fluid and everything be okay. So please remember us in your prayers.

Prayers for you and Austin. I had this with my second (man! didn't I just post about her?) She was our "problem" baby (monitor, monitor, monitor...). It is scary I know but trust that the Lord has Austin in His hands and will be with you (as well as all the Mommies here are). Hugs and prayers! ~Kerri

Thanks everyone for your prayers.

Thank Kerri, it's always comforting to know you're not the only one. If I may ask, how bad was yours and how did things turn out?
