Hey Girls

My appointment went well yesterday. My midwife said that Jojo is in the perfect birthing position. He has dropped and my BH are coming more often, but i'm no even a cm dilated yet. I don't think i'm one of those ladies that walk around for weeks at 3 cm, i'm just not that lucky. But he is healthy and she said from the size of my belly and feeling him, she doesn't think he will be a 9# like Abby. So all is good in the belly of the whale! :) What about you guys? how are you?

busy!! hee hee! but that's not what you wanted to know! :) Actually Esther, I was going to post yesterday to ask you about your appointment...b/c i knew we both had one yesterday!

My appointment went well! all is just fine. i have never even had BH.....nor contractions for that matter (i know...weird....) and the baby is fine. She is still in position....is about 5 or so pounds....and on the ultrasound WE COULD SEE HER FACE!!!!! it was SO AMAZING!!!! it wasn't one of those 3D ones either...just a normal one. but it was so clear!!! it was so cute! i had my camera with me....knowing that this would be the last ultrasound apt. and so i will have to try to figure out how to put them on photobucket...and then post here. i just think it would be neat to share!

so our next apt is June 9th...another ultrasound...just to make sure the amnionic fluid is ok....and to get the papers ready for the csection. i know none of this sounds remotely natural. knowing the date of birth....but it will be the third csection....and he is not a risk taker. I have struggled with this whole thing ....the reality that i will never experience a natural birth. But the Lord knows. I feel He has given us this doctor....and we do trust him....and so I must come to grips with it. I have for the most part. my options here where I live are not many....and he is one of the best doctors here in the city. so......all that to say.....I can take out the mystery of my delivery date :( It is looking like June 16th. But i feel great! no more light headedness ...and i do have energy....in fact I am BUSY trying to get TONS of things done before the baby comes!!! why is that? this is beyond the normal nesting stuff! (like taking the kids to the dentist for the first time....making apt's for my hubby....getting cars in and out of shops.....etc...) :)

ok, advice! we have decided to name our baby girl Hannah Grace. However, what we failed to discuss....was how to spell it!!!! hmm....i'm thinking i better put that in a separate thread! i'll do that. plus...we had a MAJOR plane crash here today....which I will also make another thread :( for prayer.

So sorry to hear about the plane crash! :( Yikes! Will be praying for those involved!

Sounds like you both are doing great! I'm glad to hear it! I'm doing well here too... contractions are continuing to get stronger and more regular (typical for me still) and that's really about it. I go in for another midwife appointment this week so we'll just get to hear the heartbeat and make sure babe is head down and we'll be set to go. I hope you guys have a great weekend and a wonderful week!! :)
