My daughters hair ribbons, bows, clips, etc are all in a small box at the moment and I was trying to think of a way to display them better. I'm stumped.

Are there any crafty ways to have them on the wall or anything besides just getting a bigger box to put them in.

Plus if Mandy can see them and have access to them more she I am sure will want to wear them that much more (she is 3). All stuffed in a box and than dump to pick is a bit messy.

Crafty ideas anyone use or store bought things moms that you use for hair accessories?

Thanks

For the clips, you could get some pretty ribbon, tack it onto the wall and clip each of them to it. For the hair ties...maybe you could use a toilet paper tube...decorate it and put the hair ties on it...just some thoughts! Sorry I'm not more help!

You could make something like this!
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=8945784

hang them on the wall and you could put the hair pins right on the ribbon, for hair ties sorts try this...

glue clothes pins onto the ribbon, and the girls can clip the clothes pins to hold the rubber bands. or buy a wooden wall hanger that you hang coats on or something, glue ribbons to that and the ribbons can be used for the clips, and the pegs you use to hang coats on could be for the rubber bands. Does that make sense?

This is cute too, I wouldn't spend this much, but you can get an idea of what you can do.

OK I had the same dilema with my girls and all their bows. My sister made this for them and it has worked out perfect for them. It is now completely full of bows and clips.....

Wow, glad to see this thread. We certainly have that problem around here with all of our little ladies. We actually don't have many bows and clips, but love the idea. We have lots of elastic hair ties, many barettes (though those could get clipped to ribbon I guess) and an abundance of headbands. I've tried decorative boxes also, but I think lack of visibility is the problem. For now headbands get thrown into a drawer and all of our brushes have ties wrapped around the handle. Looking forward to anyone else's ideas!

I was going to suggest a mug tree, not sure if you have them there. Not read all the replys, but what about a shelf and some dolls that you can put the hair things on the dolls.

Esther excellent ideas! I can do both of those ideas! Love em' thanks for those links!

LaDonna very pretty! Craftiness runs in your family I see.

Zoey thanks, the link of Esthers I think they used a mug holder there of sorts. Excellent ideas ladies!

Okay now I need a Michaels, I've seen some of those wood pieces you had there Esther there. As soon as things settle down here in our household I'm going to do something for sure, love crafty ideas!
