 Owch it's just like the first few months of pregnancy all over again with persistent headaches.
And silly me forgot to buy panadol at the shop and DH has the keycard for our account. Oh well, have to ask him to pick some up on the way home from work.
Anyone else feel like they've reverted back to stage one with nausea etc?
I'm doing pretty well, except some days (yesterday) if I don't keep snacking all day long I tend toward nausea. But on another pregnancy board I've read women due the same month as me (Nov) are experiencing morning sickness all over again. So you're not alone.
My big problem now is that my back has started hurting, esp. if I sit on upholstered furniture. So far, standing feels a lot better, so I'm finding things to do in the house that keep me on my feet.
BTW, thrilled to hear that all is going well RE your dr and C-section date. I'll be praying for you! :)

Well, I'm not pregnant right now but my daughter is only 5. I had terrible headaches at about 5-6 months pregnant with her. Mine were awful and would not go away. I had migraine and tension headaches with nausea (and sometimes vomiting) EVERY DAY for 3 weeks. The doctor finally told me that I'd have to take something strong to get rid of it and prescribed a narcotic. I was scared to take it, but the risk was small and I was going insane hurting all the time like that. Two doses of fiorecet and I was fine. Didn't have headaches again until about 2 weeks before she was born.
It certainly is no fun to be pregnant with a headache, and unable to take anything to get rid of it. Ouch. I do hope you're feeling better soon.

I've noticed I've been getting tension headaches (stemming in shoulders and neck) again (like when I was at work). I manage the pain by going for regular chiropractic treatments. Dr told me I could take tylenol- but I'd rather not if necessary. He also told me to keep up my water intake if I'm feeling tired/headachey - dehydration often brings on headaches. It seems it takes several large water bottles to keep me hydrated- I guess because it's all going to my feet!!
I haven't had any nausea at all - so I can't compare with it coming back. ALthough, I'm more sensitive to food and smells than I ever have been. Many of my october counterparts found ms returning early third trimester.
Well my headaches are bad again today, mentioned them to obstetrician but he wasn't too worried as everything else is going fine.
Yeah I totally agree with the water thing! My friend is a nurse and she told me there is a little joke in nursing circles which basically attributes the "healing" of headaches to the drink of glass of water that goes with the pain killers rather than the pain killers themselves LOL.
She always advised me the same, for a headache DRINK first, pain killers later.
Unfortunately, my water intake is huge and my headaches are still bad. I can't function without paracetamol right now.

I pray things calm down for you. I think this whole 10 month pregnancy thing is too long... 6 months would be just perfect!
Hey, I tried hopping on our "neck massage" machine last night and it worked quite well. No headaches today.
Yesterday I said to DH, if I wasn't pregnant I would take a WHOLE BOX of nurofen, thats how I felt (of course I would never actually do that LOL)
