I decided on clear mini bags with pink and white mints in it. and the seal at the top is pink gingham with a saying or something types on it., just dont know yet. here is a link to one i saw done for a boy, although I dont want to put what they put on it. and mine are in pink.

Does anyone have any ideas for sayings??, as you can see it cannot be too much writing. I am just going to do it on my PC and print them off on the pink gingham..

I can hardly believe this, I didn't make those favours but I helped plan that shower for that baby!!!! Small world.

Dh says I'm spending too much time on the computer if I think the internet is a small world! Better go do something "useful"!

So cool that you found those. I showed dh without telling him what was so funny about the favours. They look like eggs he says :roll: I look at him, "not the mints", she's got that figured out. She wants to know what she should say instead of the baby's name! Then he got it!

Still, I think that's pretty cool.

For my sister's shower my mom and I did votive candles and attached the following message:

So this is a gift for you today,
when I'm born you can help light my way.
And when that happy day is here
burn this candle and spread good cheer.

I know that doesn't help for mints....sorry :oops:

I am very serious and I also think that is very cool. I emailed both the mom and my friend who made the favours to tell them. Both thought it was pretty neat too.

It was a great shower btw!!! (nearly a year ago now too!)

"Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice" came to mind, but I guess that doesn't go with mints... :?
