I'm still nursing my almost 20 month old and just got my first postpartum period since having her. So obviously I've never nursed during AF before this and I'm finding it a bit uncomfortable. Is it just because I'm nursing a baby who has teeth and maybe should realign her latch or something?
Or did moms with younger babies who got AF earlier find that their breasts were a bit more sensitive during AF?

I've had 2 PP AFs but haven't noticed any breast tenderness while nursing. Hmmm, maybe mine are like burlap or something....*giggle..giggle*

hmm I don't recall them being especially tender
Could just be like your typical AF tenderness, just, maybe your body is still in 'shock' a bit because it's been a while ?? So, that accompanied with the nursing... KWIM?

I didn't notice any breast tenderness with my 1st af, however I did notice my af was VERY heavy and VERY long. We all are different though.
Sorry af showed up [sadashamed]

Oh, it's fine, actually! DH actually started to feel like maybe we should wait awhile longer to TTC and I ended up agreeing with him so it's okay that she's here. I'm so not used to having one though. I think that I forgot how heavy she was.

Thats good that you aren't upset about af. Plus God has ultimate control in your next baby anyways to obviously He agreed it is better to wait too:-D My first pp af was VERY heavy. I had to use my keeper/diva cup AND a pad and I was STILL leaking. Normaly af is MUCH less and I only have to use my keeper and would never over flow. My 2nd flow was much better and was almost less then usual. sorry if TMI
