Paytons hands are constantly cold. I have to keep his little mittens on them so they stay warm. Is this normal?! I feel bad keeping his mittens on so much but I'm worried about them being so cold. :(

I was always told with Trevor that you need to feel his core/trunk to know if he's warm or cold. Feeling extremities (feet/hands) is not a good determining factor...

ditto Kate....both of my boys have cold hands and always have....tootsies too many times! It's normal! If the core body is good and warm, most times cooler hands/toes are normal! Just keep them dressed normal and socks on! No need for the gloves!

Thanks! I did forget to mention that his trunk/core is warm. That makes sense! I didn't think it was to big of a deal but I'm new at this mommy thing haha! :)

We were ALLL overly cautious with that first..and every other one after to, just on the new encounters with them! LOL.....good questions, awesome! I wish I had been part of this site with my first for my new mommy questions!
