tonight my son who is 3 yrs and 3 months old, had his first bm in the potty. this is a huge step for him. it was his choice to go and use it. i know that he is far from being totally done toilet training, but i am just so proud of him. his teacher told him on friday, that he couldn't go to school if he couldn't use the bathroom, and i think that it helped. he was so happy when he was done . :P

Hey, I know how you feel!! One minute you think they'll never potty-train completely and the next they're doing it and so proud! I think the school element helped my son, as well as letting it be his choice :D Tell him all your computer friends are SO proud :D

My 2 year old little boy is potty training too! Do you ever find yourself amazed at how your sources of joy have changed since pre-kid....I mean, now, the biggest thrill is a peepee or poopoo in the potty or a dry diaper or not ralphing on the white carpet but instead making it to the tile! LOL
Congrats! Yeah!

Thanks for sharing that, my ds is 3 years and 3 months too! I was starting to get really discouraged to-day b/c he can go #1 in the potty but he seems to refuse to go #2, I don't know whether he is just too busy to want to sit there and wait! Also he never tells me when he has to go to the bathroom, but your post encouraged me and hopefully it will happen soon?
