Wool covers for cloth diapers. lol Sorry I haven't used them so I have no first hand experience but I have never heard a bad thing about them.. those who use them seem to love them! tobikay 02-09-2008, 01:07 PM OOOOHHHHH! I get it now. Guess I have been out of the baby scene too long. I used cloth diapers until ds got his first ear infection. He started taking antibiotics, got diariah and that my friends was the end of my experimentation with cloth diapers! Good luck ~Tara~ 02-09-2008, 04:20 PM The only experience I have with wool is sewing my own soaker from a sweater I bought from Goodwill and then felted. It worked 'fine'. Was hugely bulky. I keep wanting to get one of those wrap styles, as opposed to the pull on soaker style. I've heard great things about Stacinator and Niki (sp?) wraps. Sorry, that's all I can offer *shrug* Rach 02-09-2008, 04:50 PM http://hyenacart.com/prod_details.php?id=65652&vid=1298 http://hyenacart.com/prod_details.php?id=14551&vid=1298 I have one similar to the ones here, that a friend of mine made. It's my absolute favorite... http://hyenacart.com/LuxeBaby/ These are really nice, too, but hard to get. I have heard good things about the stacinator, but I have not actually used one. 4HisGlory 02-10-2008, 02:05 AM ok after talking to some local cd'ers I found one brand that is made locally and everyone loves. I bought 2 used for 28 for the 2, when the usually cost 37 for 1 so I TOTALLY scored. So far I LOVE IT. It is soft, cuddly, and even better no leaks or red marks on legs! I am super excited that I don't have to wash it except every 2-3 weeks or if it gets poopy. If you are curious these are the ones I bought. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=9416602 |
