I can't believe it ~ I'm 30 weeks today ~ EEK!!!! Where did the time go?? I have a few friends from church that have started to give us their 'extras'. Some had a girl recently and aren't having more children - we get all the girl clothes!!! What a huge blessing!! Some had a little one within the last year and have leftover daipers and nursing pads. It's soooo cool to see how God provides for us.

I'm also wondering how much vitamin C a preggo mommy is allowed to take, anyone know? I'm getting THE SINUS THING back again - 3 time in about 4 weeks. When I felt 'the fog' coming back yesterday, I just sat down and cried! I'm sick of being sick!!! So, how much vitamin C is allowed and is there anything else you'd recommend to kick this once and for all?? TIA!!

Vitamin C and Echinacea are both 'safe' during pregnancy. I'm never any good at remembering 'doses', sorry. But the standard rec. dose of Echinacea (remember this is best taken at the first onset of anything and is good taken alongside vitamin c...but...your body should be given a rest of Echinacea..I think the rec. is 6 mo. on/6mo. off ... something about the continuous taking kinda decreases it's effectiveness, basically)
For Vitamin C...ugh...wish I could remember something better..but...it is a water soluable vitamin so it's rather difficult to 'overdose' on it ;) If that helps you any. I think 2000mg would be fine.

If I come across anything 'official' on it I'll get back to ya.
But I wouldn't hesitate to take that much. I take 1000mg a day as it is.
