Brandon had a really bad case of it that just wasn't getting cleared up despite my best efforts. I finally broke down and tried this treatment and his problem was gone in 3 days so, I thought I'd pass it on. Vitamin B6 creme or salve. Robbed on the cradle cap 2x's a day for 2-3 days. I couldn't find any to by so I made some with Burt's bees "baby bee" lotion and 100mg of crushed to powder vitamin B6. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. He still gets a few little flakes from time to time (literaly 2-3 in one stubburn spot) so, I just rob it on as needed. His case was so bad that it was starting to look infected around the perimiter. That is awesome to know...Owen has a spot that we just can NOT get rid of, either! We will be trying that!

Thanks for passing that along. One of our dd's suffered with this on and off until about four years old. Nothing we tried really worked. Filing this tip for sure.

I have found that I still need to occationally maintain the spot but, it's not gotten out of control since using the creme. Just updating=) -ren
