I wasnt a massive fan but I still found it quite shocking. He was so young, 28 and they dont really know what happened apparently. How sad.

My daughters are pretty upset too. He was a good actor. I told them even though people have money or successful in life,that doesn't always make them happy with their life. Good lesson for them to learn.

I didn't really care for him after the whole brokeback flick (and no i didn't watch it) but he was handsome and young. My first thought when I hear of anyone's death is " I wonder if they ever excepted Christ into their heart"
I do feel bad for the dd and family. It is always a sad thing to lose a loved one. But again, to me, their soul is what matters. and when you KNOW they are against Christianity and all that God stands for, that is when I feel sad.

that is really sad... seems like there's been a lot of news lately about unhappy celebrities, like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Anna Nichole Smith.... I think it would be lonely to be famous, and pretty empty, if one didn't know the Lord. Of course it's that way for anyone who doesn't know the Lord. I hadn't heard of this guy before, but it sounds very sad. I also feel sorry for his housekeeper! for finding his dead body! This may sound dumb, but I have this fear of finding a dead body. I would immediately assume they were murdered and wonder if the murderer was still around! OK, I guess you all think I have a crazy imagination now.:-D

My dh told me about this last night as he was reading fox news online. He said that he read it was a drug overdose. I didn't care to much about him either but i was still shocked when my dh told me at first i thought he was pulling my leg. He was so young and never heard of him taking drugs or anything so it was surprising and also sad for his family, especially his little girl.
